How ordering works
Everything you need to find parts, buy them online and get quotes — in plain steps.
1. Find your parts
- Go to Equipment or Parts Finder and open the drawing for your machine.
- Click a numbered circle on the drawing, or search by part name or number (spaces don't matter).
- Tick the part and press Add to my list. Parts from all drawings of the same machine go on one list.
2. Check your list
- Open My Parts List at the top right of any page. The number shows how many parts are on it.
- Change quantities, remove parts with the bin icon, rename the machine, or clear the whole list.
- Parts are split into Buy now (sold online) and Quote / assistance needed.
3. Buy parts that are sold online
- Buy now puts every online part, with your quantities, into your blastone.com cart in one go.
- You check out and pay on blastone.com as usual. Prices and stock come straight from the store.
- If a part can't be added, we tell you which one and you can add it to a quote instead.
4. Request a quote for the rest
- Some parts aren't sold online — they may be special order or need checking for your machine.
- Request quote sends those parts to our parts team. Quote whole list sends everything, if you'd rather have one price.
- Fill in your contact details and machine (serial number helps). We reply by email with price and availability.
- Signed in? You'll see each request and its status under Past requests.
5. Sign in with your blastone.com account
- Use the account you already have on blastone.com — there's no new password.
- Signed in, your lists are saved to your account, so they follow you to any computer.
- You also get Past requests, My orders, My equipment and My part numbers.
Common questions
- Why does a part have no price?
- It isn't sold online yet. Add it to your list and request a quote.
- My list came back after I cleared it.
- This is fixed. If you still see it, refresh the page once while signed in.
- Do I need an account to buy or request a quote?
- No. Guests can do both. An account just saves your lists and history.
- Can I use my own part numbers?
- Yes. Add them under My part numbers and they show next to our part on your list.
